San Pablo-Toledo Magnetic Observatory is a geomagnetic observatory near San Pablo de los Montes, in the Toledo region at the centre of Spain, operated by the Instituto Geografico Nacional (IGN).

Serving as the IGN's reference observatory for geomagnetic work, the site is part of international geomagnetic monitoring networks and publishes yearly reports on its data — a continuous, scientific record rather than a public stargazing venue.

History

Construction finished in 1978, and the observatory became definitively operational in 1982, when it replaced the older Toledo Observatory and took over its instruments.
