About Planetario de Serón
It is the only fixed planetarium in Almería province, built with a distinctive ecological design shaped like a wooden igloo. It is managed by Raúl Martínez Morales, an astrophysics graduate with 29 years of teaching experience.
Telescopes & research
Alongside its dome shows, the planetarium has an adjacent observatory used for both naked-eye and telescopic observation of celestial events, extending its programs from indoor presentations to real sky viewing.
