Osservatorio astronomico di Isnello, known as GAL Hassin, is an astronomy centre in the Madonie mountains of Sicily, built around a planetarium, museum, and open-air observation terrace.

About Osservatorio astronomico di Isnello

GAL Hassin, the "International Center for Astronomical Sciences," was inaugurated on 11 September 2016 by the municipality of Isnello together with partners including the University of Tübingen. Its name comes from the Syriac term for "cold stream." The site holds Starlight Stellar Park certification for the quality of its night skies.
