Ten Acre Observatory is owned and operated by Nick Lazzaro and serves as the primary viewing site for the Odyssey Astronomy Club. It is open to the public by appointment, with use of the site and equipment offered at no cost.

Telescopes & research

The observatory's primary instruments are a 20-inch f/4.5 Starmaster telescope and a 13-inch Coulter Optics telescope, giving visitors a serious pair of options for deep-sky and planetary viewing.

The site is located in Tribbey, in Central Oklahoma, an area whose open rural landscape gives Ten Acre Observatory reasonably dark skies away from the light pollution of nearby cities.
